We didnít expect to find it in this museum but even here we found signs from operation Market Garden.
We were in the Dutch Open Air museum in Arnhem. We walked there and saw a monument for the people of Arnhem who had to flee because of operation Market Garden. About 600 people found temporary living quarters in this museum. They stayed from the start of the operation until January 1945.

The monument in the Open Air museum This wind mill is one of the temporary livings The citizens also stayed in these houses And in the paper mill
