We visited the American cemetery next to Margraten. We had been here before but it was raining hard at that time. On this day it looked like it would happen again. We just got the last rays of sunshine when we arrived.
On this cemetery are the American soldiers who were killed in the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany. Victims of operation Market Garden, the Island, the Battle of the Bulge or other battles.
